1.      Product description: a controller for use with high-power DC brushless motors. Coders can be selected for the standard configuration HALL sensing DC brushless motor-driven controller. PID control through speed, position and current closed-loops, quick response, precision control, no speed reduction in case of loading, power compensation, and large start torque. Applicable to engineering machinery, submersible motors, aluminum sheet and aluminum foil production lines, wire-drawing machine, wire and cable machinery, steel transport production lines, steel pipe production lines, paper making production lines, textile printing and dyeing production lines, chemical fiber production lines.

l        Products conforming to relevant standards of GB4706

3.      Main Technical Parameters :

l        Driver power supply source: 380V AC, allowable power supply fluctuation +/-15%, able to withstand instant 250% impact current, applicable to China grids and working conditions.

l        Driver output continuous current: 10 A maximum (adjustable to customer requirements), adapted to high-power DC brushless motors of less than 5KW. Stable output current waveforms, strong current suppression; able to operate stably in the event of significant load fluctuation.

l        Overall protection function: under-voltage protection; over-voltage protection; current protection; over-temperature protection; short-circuit, phase-loss and power-off protection; fail safe; over-load protection; pumping energy discharge.  

l        Photo-electric isolation of input and output signals; motor start and stop and reverse control, quick braking function.  

l        Rotation speed track, failure auto reset and restart functions.

l        Operating temperature range: -10⁰C 85⁰C. 

4. Speed regulation control mode:  

(1)   Digital panel control supplied with the controller: required motor operation status is achieved by means of setting rotation speeds with control keys supplied on the controller as well as relevant parameters.

(2)   External analog voltage input speed regulation: speed regulation is realized through the analog voltage 0-5V ports for external wiring terminals or other control units (e.g. PLC, microcontroller).

(3)   The motor intelligent control software controls and supervises up to 64 motor parameters including rotation speed through the upper computer RS232/485 serial port.
